Job Role/title at JIS? My job role at Jacob Insurance Service is a licensed property & casualty insurance agent and a customer service representative.  

 

When did you start working for JIS? I started working for Jacob Insurance Service in June of 2013.

 

Education? I graduated high school from Angola High School in 2002. After high school, I attended IPFW for a couple of years.   

 

What do you enjoy most about your career? What I enjoy most about my career is getting to know our customers on a personal level.  

 

How do you like to spend your free time outside of the office? Hobbies? I spend my free time with my family. I enjoy hiking, visiting the lakes, and taking spur of the moment adventures!  

 

Have you ever been outside of the country? Where is the furthest you have been? I have never been outside of the country. The furthest that I have been away from home is Albuquerque, New Mexico.

 

What would your dream vacation be? My dream vacation would be to sail around the world!

 

How do you stay current/relevant within your profession? I stay current within my profession by taking continued education classes and attending conventions.

 

Where did you receive your first paycheck? What was your role? I received my first paycheck from Pokagon Falls Miniature Golf Course. My job title was greenkeeper.
